Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Services
She’s Got Game provides recreational boating and fishing coaching delivered on the client’s own vessel. Coaching is instructional and supportive in nature only. She’s Got Game does not provide skipper services, charter services, or vessel hire.

2. Skipper Responsibility
The client remains the skipper and person in charge of the vessel at all times and retains full responsibility for:

- Vessel operation
- Navigation
- Vessel seaworthiness
- Compliance with applicable maritime rules
- Safety of persons on board

3. Insurance
Clients must hold current recreational boat insurance, including public liability cover. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their insurance policy permits participation in a paid coaching session.

4. Pre-Session Requirements
Clients must complete the online Safety, Disclosure & Acknowledgement Form prior to the session.
She’s Got Game reserves the right to reschedule or decline a session if required information is not provided.

5. Cancellations & Weather
Weather and sea conditions are assessed prior to and during each session.
Sessions may be rescheduled due to unsuitable conditions.
Client cancellations are subject to the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

6. Limitation of Liability
Boating and fishing involve inherent risks.
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, She’s Got Game is not liable for loss, damage, injury or expense arising from participation in a coaching session, except where caused by negligence.

7. Behaviour & Conduct
She’s Got Game reserves the right to end a session if behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, or contrary to good seamanship.
